Hey guys, I'm trying to swap out my bent up brake pedal for a new one and gotten a little stuck. I don't know the proper part names but I'm trying to remove the "plunger" thing that pushes in the slave cylinder to use on the new brake pedal. It's the piece on the top of the silver one:

It seems to be riveted or something? I need to re use this part and I can't figure out how I'm supposed to remove and reattach it to the black pedal.

Thoughts?

I believe it just snaps in place, tap on the narrower end and it should come out.

The pin is connected to the plate that has the "C" shaped end that wraps around the plunger.

Push/rotate it in a direction that the "C" unsnaps from the plunger, then you can rotate/wiggle the pin out of engagement.

Huh.  Interesting.  Alright, I shall try that in a little bit.  Thanks!
