Oil leak at slave cylinder, suggestions?

As stated in the title, I have a slight oil leak around the slave cylinder on my 695. I pulled the cylinder and everything looks kosher, pushrod o-rings are in place and intact, red o-ring on the slave is intact and looks normal. Cleaned the mating surfaces, put it all back together, still leaking.

Is it common for those o-rings to be deformed but not visibly, as in pushed flatter than spec without being visibly damaged?

Also, I think this is my first post on this board, hi y'all. I've been on what is apparently referred to as "the old board" for years, and am really frustrated with the limited tech knowledge over there. If I need advice on buying the newest SpeedyMoto bling I'll still go there, but I'm hoping the tech knowledge base has moved here as well.

There's one sidecover screw behind the slave cylinder, make sure that's tight.

Might as well replace the O-rings on the pushrod, they're cheap.

Roger, that screw would never have been fiddled with, but after riding a '77 Sportster for a decade, I know how bolts like to work their way out over time through nothing more than sheer determination. I'll check it. Any tips on how to pull that whole contraption without losing all the liquid gold Amsoil I just put in there short of draining the system? I leave for the Tail tomorrow morning. The leak is absolutely tiny, so it "doesn't hurt the runnin' of it none".

Are you sure it's the slave cylinder that's leaking? With my bike the at a certain moment the push rod started leaked oil after every ride and dripped down the side stand. You can easily pull the push rod out and see if the the two o-rings are still intact. Mine got chewed up resulting in the leakage.

100% sure it isn't the slave leaking, it's definitely motor oil like I said in the first post. Figured it was the o-rings but when I pulled the rod they looked pristine. I'll replace them and see what happens.

The engine oil indicates the oil seal Orings on the push rod they are little buggers as the dont seem to last long but its a minor problem.

can anybody write dimension of those o-rings on pushrod?? I have similar oil leak...

Had the same issue, I replaced all three o-rings and the leak stopped. Hopefully that's all it is.
