Torque specs

I'm buttoning up the 200 900ie after changing steering head bearings. My book has no torque specs for this stuff. I'm wondering what the torque specs are for:
Front caliper bolts
Front axle nut
Front axle pinch nuts
Upper steering clamp pinch bolts (bolts that pinch upper fork tubes

Also, where is the best place to order a power commander5? Thanks. Puddles
