any in-line fuel filter will work provided its the right size for your fuel lines. I use two: one in the tank on my fuel pump and a smaller one found on Amazon mounted just upstream from my carbs.

afaik there's no direct swap for the od with right angle outlet, but just take the original to your local auto parts supplier and have the kid behind the counter look at you blankly for a little while, then get his generic filter book and have a looksee what you can find similar.

i searched and found this: Purolator Fuel Filter #F20005 will work on carbed Monsters

Autozone has a filter on the board behind the counter that looks exactly like a carby filter.

I doubt their filters are US made.
