Yes, everyone walked away.
What I captured, the guy looking back and hitting the tail of the bike before him, was a track controller.

I didn't see him look back anywhere close to the time of the incident.

There was a waving red flag, and I think the guy in front slowed quickly and changed his line.

The red shirt was indeed a control rider/instructor.
