This has to be one of the most annoying things about these bikes. The J shaped rubber shoe that is supposed to hold the temp sensor in place never does hold the temp sensor in place for very long and the sensor shifts around in that rubber shoe as well loosing connectivity. My first one came loose so often it eventually damaged the sensor had them replaced with a new sensor and new rubber "shoe" and that stayed in place for about a year now its coming loose again and the sensor keeps dangling. Tried electrical tape to no avail. Anybody got a good fix for this.

I removed the boot completely when it destroyed the connector as I tried unhooking it once.

Instead I use some dielectric grease to seal it from the elements and I pinched the connector tighter so it wouldn't come loose.
M620 turned M800 but then back to M620 after the M800 died at 110k, and now to Multi 1000.

I also pinched my connector tighter and packed it with dielectric grease. Issue was ongoing, none since, at 54 k now.
