i have an 01 m900.

first issue i had was with the fuel line coming off the fuel pump, im not sure if there was a raised barbed where the fuel line goes or not but it kept slipping off. so for now its safety wired in the tank and so far so good.

next issue is the left switch the horn button is messed up, doesnt work, i dont even know if my horn works, so my question is are there any other interchageable parts out there from other ducati models?
like ones that have the option to turn the lights completely off? like these models?
2004 Ducati ST4S 65010021A right handlebar switch ( i know this for the right side but has the hazard option. work or no?) or
2001 Ducati ST4S 65040091A right handlebar Euro lights on/off + start switch D
are there any other type of switch for l.h. side .

also looking into getting a wind screen, and curious if i can find some 5 spoke rims for it.

thanks

That fuel line needs a clamp, get the 'fuel injection' style.

Careful disassembly and tweaking of the horn switch parts inside, and it can be made to work most of the time.
The usual scenario is a panicked hard mashing of the button bends the mechanism a bit, and the single screw can't then hold it in place.
It's moderately fiddly, small screws, and not totally obvious how it all goes together.
If you're OK with that, then open it up and give it a go.

With the appropriate brackets, either the 1st generation or 2nd generation screens can be made to fit.
Failing that, Dart has a couple that fit nicely.

Many Ducatis had 5-spoke rims with 6-bolt rotor interface and 25mm axles.
Those aren't too hard to find.
5-spoke rear with 17mm axle was only fitted to a few years of 1000SS models, they're a bit harder to find.
