Hello everyone new member here from the Uk I have a 900ie 2001 and a Darmah 900SD 1980, came to Ducati around twenty years ago after owning several British blkes mainly Norton and BSA and then got sidetracked onto Laverdas, a 750 SF3 and an early Jota. Belong to the UKMOC and have been riding since 1970 so I guess you could call me a new oldie. Atb Steve

Hi Koku and thanks, you can call me old fashioned if you like or traditional but I think the ie's with analogue tacho and speedo and the Sie's with adjustable forks are about as good as biking gets, no LCD displays or immobilisers to foul things up! Atb Steve

Hope the insomnia doesn't last too long I'm guessing you are in the US, I spent nine years in the Royal Navy and got to visit New Orleans around 1978, what a three weeks that was............Atb  Steve
