Hello all,

RJ is what most people call me other than my wife.... Evil
1999 Monster 900 - Yellow
Live in Indy
Riding on and off 25 plus years

Just purchased a highly modified Monster 900 out of New Jersey and hoping the previous owner is a member here or someone knows the bike.  I have service records and other stuff but really want to talk to the old owner about all the modifications.  Lets just say the dealer is less than helpful in connecting me and the previous owner.  Here is what the dealer had listed:

944 big bore kit
Corbin seat
billet exhaust flanges
gauge cluster
steering damper
ohlins rear shock
ducati triple clamps
Ferraci clip ons
billet head set bolt and axle nuts
st2 foot pegs
billet clutch cover
billet pressure plate
pro italia slave
billet shift levers
stainless brake lines
billet brake pedal
powder coated wheels
billet kick stand
916 front fender
tail chop
ducati performance light fly wheel
stainless clutch springs

I owned a 1995 M900 Monster back in the late nineties and I can say this thing is way faster than that one was.  I can also confirm most of the parts listed just by looking at it.  I had it delivered last night to my home and I am excited to be back in the Ducati game after a few years playing with three letter German bikes.....

Welcome to the forum ... May I ask why you have a Ducati again now? I mean: very good decision. Clearly. applause But what was the reason?

The Italian allure was too much to resist.
