Jeff at Monster Parts often receives praise here on the board, and once again he has come through for a customer. I had a screw from a part that I bought over a year ago rattle off and I emailed him to buy a replacement since I couldn't find it in the local auto shops in my small city. He said he had a "spare" and has posted it to me with no charge. That is awesome customer service - thanks again Jeff!

jeff is the man. Called him recently for some bar ends i purchased YEARS AGO. He did all the research.. got back to me the same day and placed order. try asking for that kind of service at some of these mega stores.. pfft.
