returning to stock - S2R800

Im putting my bike back to stock, so taking off the pc3, exhaust, returning the gearing to stock. It has a dp flash on the ecu and was dyno tuned with the pc3. Sooooo... with it all back to stock...and pc3 removed.... will it run like crap with a dp flash ecu on a stock bike?
