Milky oil [problem]

Hi!
I recently changed my oil in my Ducati Monster 620 (MOTUL 5100 10W-40) and I saw from the sight glass the oil was kinda white, when the engine is working the sight glass is full of white membrane but when the engine is stopped the glass is white but the oil (I think) it's clean. The oil cap has a white foam. Here in Greece we have winter, and I think it's the humidity but I want your opinions.
