Mea Culpa...

So, about three and a half years ago I sold my '07 S4RS because my wife and I were working toward buying our first home.

In time my visits here became fewer and fewer.

It was just too painful; a constant reminder that I was without my beloved S4RS.

So, looks like I may be able to finally replace the lost bike of beloved memory.

I was struck by the Red 959 Panigale I saw yesterday at the dealer.

When I left the forum the crazy warping composite gas tank situation was still an issue, but since then I don't know what become of it.

So, my question...

Do any of the new Ducatis have tank issues?

Any good word about the 959?

Thanks.

Of course it would need your nifty red exhaust.

Thanks Howie.

That's a nice bike, though he could get another 5 hp out of it with the red exhaust.   ;)

I would be interested if it were closer to SoCal.  I love the '07 S4RS.

Oh well.
