Hi fellow members, gonna be brief as possible, I'm from the n west , started out in 74 on a fizzy and ridden a lot of bikes since then, bought my 1999 900 Monster dark 2 weeks ago. Absolutely love it , but it's going to take some  getting used to, no comparison to anything I've ridden before, all tips will be gratefully received. Thanks for letting me join.   maybe I was to brief, that's n west UK, I'm 58 yrs old own a 1998 600 hornet ,a 1979 Suzuki X7, and a 1974 Kawasaki H1. I've looked at some of the photo's on here and decided my Monster is a complete Minger, but I still Love it.

Welcome from a fellow 58-yr-old; from the n east (US, not UK) ... but started out in '77 on a KZ400 (ho-hum)....   Enjoy the Monster!
