Sonax Wheel Cleaner Full Effect
«

Ok I love detailing my bike as much as the next rider :| but some of the time spent on wheels (specially white ones) is a bit much when I rather be riding and working up more brake dust on my wheels.
Has anyone tried these wheel cleaners such as Sonax that claim to clean wheels with acid-free pH balanced solution? If so, what have you tried that works best?
I am aware that there are several cleaners like this one...

I've been using Break Free CLP. Found it in a gun store originally. But it works great on wheels, chains and gears. Cuts any flung chain gunk and lubricates the wheel so that things don't stick as much.

Is it o-ring safe?

Good question. It does contain petroleum distillates. With the chain I follow up with a proper chain lube. I've been using it for cleaning for a few years and haven't noticed any issues. Especially like it for the semi gloss black wheels. But use at you own discretion.
