Does anyone know where I can find risers for my M695 in Europe?  I want to avoid the ridiculously high import tax which would probably make them cost me three times as much.

If you order from the US there are no taxes there. You only pay import/VAT in to your country, as you will on any product.
Shipping is usually less from the US to Europe, than between EU countries (go figure )
