Dent in pipe w/ muffler

Wanted to get feedback on how to get this dent out of the pipe (with muffler).

One option is to fill with water and pit ot in the freezer to pop it out. If it was just the pipe, I would have done this already.

My concern is if I might do any damage to the muffler?

Even if it was just the pipe, IMO you'd never get there with the water freezing trick.

A moderately talented fabricator/welder can fix that.
It will not look as good as new, but it will function.

Yes, aware of that. Was perusing some Youtube vids and wanted to try it. I'm more concerned about potential damage to the muffler.

If you managed to get the entire muffler cavity filled with water, it'd likely split the outer carbon tube.
