ECU flash or Power Commander

Any idea what a reflash will do to warranty?  I assume it would void anything related to the ECU.  I have an 07 S4R that recently had the ECU replaced under warranty as it was not receiving TPS data properly.  My bike still seems to run pretty lean and the reflash is tempting!

To the OP - sorry to hijack!

Carbon - can this be installed on my bike 07 S4R with a closed loop system?  It is only below 5k, where it will sputter a bit when it gets too hot out.

Edit:  I think their website answered my question - yes it would work.
