Trip next week to Tellico Plains suggestions

i'm headed to Tellico Plains, TN for a moto trip with the MV Agusta guys next week and am researching some things to see, do and eat in the area.  I have been twice before, but don't feel like I am exploring the area enough. Of course there is the Dragon, I prefer the Cherohala, (I've been looking at www.motorcycleroads.com) but I am interested in good eats and some things to see like Wheels Through Time for instance. 
Also, any Ducatistas gonna be in the area? This is going to be a very large group of MVs, last years photo(this year should be about double):
