I bought an NOS oil pump off of Ebay.  While it arrived as described, I bet it is probably 10 years old.  Is there anything I should do to it before I put it in the bike?  It is serviceable, which is to say, you can take it apart.  Are there o-rings, gaskets, etc. I should inspect?

There is an O rig that goes behind the pump, none in the pump.  The only thing to check would be gear tooth clearance, no reason the check that since it would not be worn and age would have no effect.

Great - thanks!  When I spin the pump, I do hear a little bit of bearing noise - bad sign?

It's a gear type pump. Like howie said, not much can go wrong with it sitting in a box.
