S2R1k clutch switch fell off

At some point today my clutch switch managed to liberate itself from the lever. Whatever holds it on must have worked itself loose and I can't figure out what that part is in order to replace it. Does anyone know or have a pic of it? Knowing Ducati, I'm betting you can't buy it separately and have to buy the switch itself

There's several different configurations.

Here's the switch plus shots of the master cylinder from either side. The body of the switch sits against the flat part of the MC in the third shot. The cylinder portion of the switch goes through the hole in the MC. My first thought was maybe there should be a retaining nut that screws over the end of it but the ridges on the cylinder portion of the switch aren't normal screw threads.

The OEM parts catalog doesn't show a separate piece to mount it. However, googling the part number for the switch 53940341A shows a few images like this below. I guess I need that bracket but I feel crazy because I don't remember seeing it when I changed levers which was almost a year ago. It looks like it should mount to the bolt that holds the lever.

The nut has jumped ship.

It's an M6x0.75 nut, 2mm thick.

Only one I found....

It seems that thread size is also used on some SMC products, so an Automation Supply House may have it.
