Great job!!   waytogo

Do the tail chop.  I waited over a year, and when I finally did it, I couldn't believe I didn't do it sooner!!

My only reservation was resale value, but the reason for these mods was a lay down on the highway.  I still ride in the rain quite often, so back spray is a bother, but if I am riding in the rain I should expect to be wet!! waytogo

Great powdercoating work. I want exactly that for my bike. What did all of that run you?

I'll have to look through the invoice...With removal of parts, Powdercoating and reinstalling, I believe it was around $400...what I am really most impressed with is the 14T sprocket!!  It just seems to pull from down low all day long!!!

Which turn signals did you use that cleared the front fairing?   Can you post a shot from the front that shows them?

The signals were Shock Superlights from Monsterparts...
http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/222-1012/Electrical/222-1012.html

Exhaust is Quat-D Mid Pipe + Leo Vince Slip On.

I'll try to get some pics later...it's 12 degrees out in my garage right now... :'(

Got some pics finally

A very big +1 on the orange wheel stripes - that will look stunning [moto]

What do you think about the Rizoma bars? Height, reach, sweep angle?

I was never uncomfortable with the stock maguras, but these just feel Better??  I am only 5'8" and they seem comfy weyher I am tucked in to avoid wind, or sat upright and just cruzing...
