so yeah, collectively there have been millions of hours spent engineering the dynamics of the roads in this country. I'm not talking the concrete dynamics ie how to build a road, but the design of movement, the 'how do we keep that many cars filled w/ that many individuals moving in a safe, controlled way' design. w/ that said, why is it that the fore mentioned individuals, consciously or other, refuse to follow that design?
