NSD powerballs

Has anyone heard of this?  Supposed to be some kinda workout-in-a-ball, based on a spinning gyro in a handheld ball.  A friend of mine had one lying around and I tried giving it a spin... seemed like a nice way to build some forearm muscle.  But then again, so is wanking.

Dunno about as a workout ball but a buddy had a ball like that with LEDs on it that he raved with...

or riding a dry clutch in .5mile a minute traffic.

They're good for rock-climbers and golfers and folks who need alot of focussed power in their fingers.

They're quite a bit of fun, actually. And will work your forearms pretty well if used correctly.

It's also funny to spin it up and hand it to a little kid to hold/wrestle.
