So what are YOU doing today?

I'm... in the office...  :-\ Bossman told me I wasn't putting in enough hours (read as I'm not averaging 50 hours a week yet  [roll]). So here I am, in the roasting office. Our fancy LEED certified building is so great and environmentally friendly that the climate control is automated to shut off after business hours. So, there's no AC Sundays or holidays and on Saturdays the AC turns off at 2pm. Why bother leaving the AC on, nobody is there, right? Riiiiight... You can't even turn it on manually, nor are there any operable windows!  ??? Luckily the guy that sits next to me regularly comes in on Sundays so he's got a fan under his table that I'm using right now.

Bah, planning on doing a few hours and then going home to pretend to work on my thesis. I needed my concrete code from work to do my thesis anyway so I had to come in to at least pick it up anyway.  [roll]

I am always off on Sundays and Mondays so I do not even get paid for being off. :(  So its the same old day off. Getting things done around the house and napping.   Have a good one all.

My clutch is acting up a bit so I'm wary of zipping off to enjoy a ride. It could turn out to be trouble.   :(

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I'm just back from four days of camping, climbing & poking around on the dirt roads in the eastern Sierra above Bishop, CA. A splendid surprise destination, and one that my partner & our 13 year old managed to keep very well from me, though it seems everyone else in town knew.  [thumbsup]
