So it has come time to take a serious look at my monster, after having spent some time thinking and talking to mates regarding where the monster will fit when the desmo arrives.

I have the following problem ,the monster is a great bike and love I to death,
But I seem to be riding it more and more on the track and riding the Smart on the road.

So I find my self in a position. My intentions for the Desmo was  70% track 30% road , where dose this leave the monster.

So to sell or not to sell, and whats it worth  Huh? Huh? Huh?

Irrespective of the imminent arrival of a desmosedici, are you even allowed to ask about selling a monster on this forum?  Wink

Unless of course it is going to be replaced with another monster - maybe trade up for Matty's 620  Cheesy Grin

No offences to Mattys girl , But a wise man told me once, your life should be a sequence of forward steps, even if they are a little to the side as long as they are foward. waytogo

Whichever way you go you know there will always be mates here on the DML.
As with Melvin a little while it is hard to ask what it's worth, it's worth the right money to the right person.
Let me call shot gun on the possible sale. You know I am waiting to see what happens with the new breed of bigger Monster.
I do like most parts of the 696 so I am keenly waiting to see what the bigger bike(s) will look like.

On the sale though, if someone comes along and stumps up the sort of cash that would make you happy then you'd have to go for it.

So where does the P.S fit in? Is that the bike you would "never" sell? Why sell any of them, the way I see it you have a very tidy garage there, a bike for all moods and occassions.

hhmm well my boyfriend Vince what to do? i dont like seeing a bike sitting in a garage not doing anything, it there to be used. I wouldn't like to see it gone. If you are going to get another one that you will use more often then do it. I love my monster and will never get rid of it, but this is the only bike i have that i can ride fast.  What ever you do i will be happy with.   waytogo

The smart is a bike I could never sell as it is unique and a pleasure to ride, The monster in one way or another fits in the same category as the Desmo built for one reason speed ,Once the Desmo turns up when will the monster be ridden Huh?

that's what i thought, the monster will get neglected, and we can't have that. As long as it goes to a good owner and gets used i will be happy with that. Can't let the monster be lonely, that just cruel.
