We had meat, beer, cigars, and some sweet cab that was not meant to be consumed with sausage.  Overall I'd say it was all right.

said cab does NOT pair well w/anything.

it goes well w/meat. of the plain S&P variety.

the fennel and anise of italian sausage killls it.



but anyway. it's best w/a rare steak. no more, no less.

well, less is ok. I can drink it by itself on the daily, given that level of disposable income
