how's this:

a 996sps in Townsville. Fly up and ride it home!

$16,000 at the moment.

I'd fit on a 996, right?

Matty?

soon as I saw that Dock - I thought I recognised it, yep, it's a Melbourne bike....you should hear the Zards - I was on a tram and it pulled up next to...the glass panels of the tram were so scarred they wanted to cross the road. Mate it barks and growls and is intimidating. I love the 992ds engine, but connected to Zards - wow!

real shame about the reason for the sale though.

and Matty - I can tell you (I spent about 3 minutes looking at it) it is in pristine condition!

Hey, Dock, if you ever find any Ducati catalogues in your travels please drop me a line!

Never been a fan of the look of those bikes - the size, look and angle of the tank just look a bit wrong to me. But I love the look of that Zard exhaust - it is my type of weird.

The only thing I'm not sure about is the rear lights?
I actually really like the original round lights, sure you can do a slight tail tidy and remove some plastic.
But I like the circular lights.

Matty, it could be the first bike on this forum that is actually modified back to original components.

Do you think this guy  has anything to say about handling & ergonomics with his stock suspension and tyres Huh?
nahh... im sure he's having fun. I've actually never heard an a SC owner complain too much. It was more of a plan for my super secret plot to have one owner fooled into selling one to me for $5.  Evil ......

obviously... I failed  Tongue Grin waytogo - chris

ps, Dock, after riding my bike just about anything else feels very comfortable, this side of a F4. - Chris
