So I was having some issues with my bike being down on power after I fabbed up the shorty pipes made from the Hedman hot tips. The bike sounded awsome but never seemed like it had enough power.

I was riding home last week after having the DP cams installed and one of the baffles that came in the Hedman tips blew out on the highway. On the advice of a friend, I tried riding the bike with just the QuatD header. All I can say is WOW! The thing was so freakin' loud! I actually rode by a few Harley guys outside a bar and I think they thought the world was coming to and end.  laughingdp

The good news was that the bike had a ton more power and ran really smooth.  waytogo

Anyway, I had bought a Termi pipe over the winter and fabbed up some tubing to fit it to my bike. My friend is a welder so he came over and tacked it up while it was on the bike and brought it to his work to finish it up. Long story short, he make the beast with two backsed it up! When I got it back nothing fit and the welds looked like shit.

It had been sitting in my workshop for about 6 months now so I figured it was time to start messing around with it again seeing as I now needed a new exhaust.

Here is the semi-finished product. I say semi because the weld look like shit and need to be cleaned up. I'll get to that in the next few weeks.

Sorry for the crappy pics. I get some better one's and a video in the next few days.

 What do you guys think?

That is one sweet exhaust Monstermash. Very nicely done.   waytogo That is exactly what I was looking to do. Instead I ordered the Full Arrow exhaust. I wish I had a welding buddy too. I would have gone that route...  applause
