New album "Salvador" by Lo-Pan (Columbus, OH... Small Stone Records).  Absolutely top-notch hard rock/stoner album.  There are several other tracks uploaded to YouTube as well.

They come through Indy constantly because of their relationship with a local doom metal band, and they'll be back this Friday... they have sounded great the other times I've seen them live, but their stage show does lack excitement.  A very stationary bunch.  I guess that is the trade-off they make to actually focus on sounding good.
