I was lucky enough to see them three times after they got back together.  Ironically, each time was a different (but equally amazing) guitar combo.  In 1996 it was Dickey Betts and Warren Haynes. Second show in 1999 show was Dickey and Derek Trucks.  The last time in 2008 was Warren and Derek. Both the '99 and '08 shows were at Red Rocks Amphitheater, which is kinda magical in it's own right.
