Yes those are Rizoma Impulsives.  You will not regret buying them when you see the carbon fiber inserts!

In terms of comfort I am still contemplating whether I should get the Speedymoto risers w/ OEM handlebar or a Brutale handle bar to replace the OEM one, which is damaged from a crash.  Leaning towards the Brutale bar.

I switched to Rizoma bars on my S4R, similar contour to the Brutale -- more pullback/sweep which makes a huge difference over the OEM.  Search this forum for Brutale, I think you'll find another thread with a lot of discussion about bars.
