I have an 06 and bought the Termi DP kit from the get go.  I have got to say I really like the ECU and the open airbox set up... BUT the termis frankly just sucked.  Unless they have changed, you had to remove the entire system just to change the oil on the 06.  Also on mine there were two welds that were so half ass that you could see exhaust leaks coming from the welds within a week.  When mine was installed by the dealer, one of the nuts on the carbon fiber cans was spun.  In addition, the alignment never could be resolved so that they would line up right and not look cock-eyed.

I finially gave up on them and kept the ECU and bought the Sparks.  I have about 12K on the Sparks and they have been great.

Things to watch out for:

Here is an example of a Termi weld.  Notice the gaping hole.



Here is an example of a fitmet issue.  Notice how the pipes are stressed at the joint.
