Can't help much Bazz. I've gone with the Pilot roads 2CT. Only time will tell if they wear longer on the harder centre compound.

I had the Pilot Power 2CT's on my bike early on and they only lasted 3000 odd k's. Good but got shagged way too fast!

I now have a std Pilot power on the front and Pilot road 2CT on the rear - I have done three track days (not really that flash on the track though) and over 3,000 k's and they still look like new - Well the sides have a bit of burn but they have heaps of life left in them. I am hopeful that they will last the upcoming Turismo (another 2500 odd k's and still be in good nick!

If you are doing track days go the new Pirelli semi slick tyre but for commuting, weekend fanging and the occasional track day then I recommend the Road 2Ct over the Power. More frequent track days maybe the power but I think the Pirelli is better - Ask Dockstrada as he has the Pirellis.

Ciao

i think ill stay with the standard pilot powers then but was told by the dealer that pp 2ct were harder in the center than the standard pp and there coming up to 10 k now the sides are really shagged but still got a bit on the center , was hoping to have my cake and eat it to , want to do some touring but still have the sports tyre spose i need another rim  waytogo
