Anyone running Rizoma Naked Prototypes on a Monster with Clip-on's?  I just went to clip-on's and am not to sure about my Rizoma Reverse Retro bar end mirrors now.  If anyone has the prototypes, how do you like them?  Any pics out there of those mirrors mounted on clip-on's?  Thanks

On a side note: if you need the width of your Reverse Retro I think the Sport Prototypes will fit - and they are 3 cm wider each.

I think you're right about the look - clip ons require a new style. The Prototypes are expensive, but look fantastic.

I think they look fine on clip-ons, I run the black Rizoma Reverse Retro's on my Cycle Cat clip-ons. Well actually now I run one of them b/c the other got taken out at 67mph. So, dibs on them if you end up wanting to get rid of them for a reasonable price.

I actually ended up flipping them, so now they are under the bar, will ride with them for a while and see how I like them.  Should get around to posting some pics tomorrow.  I'll let you know if I decide to trade up to the the Prototypes

alright, broke down and got a pair of Naked Prototypes.  I love them, almost as good a view as the Reverse Retro's (before the clip-on's).  Reverse Retro's mounted under the clip-on's gave me a wonderful view of my shins.  If anything, they're a little too adjustable, takes forever to get them perfectly symmetrical.  They'll look good while I'm sitting on the bike, but then I'll see a picture of the bike and can tell they're off.  I know, petty.  But, I do think they look better than the Reverse Rotro's mounted under the bars.  What do you think?

Prototypes  waytogo

(did you have to mount the adapters inwards to clear the fast idle lever?)

No, I was just having a hard time adjusting them and didn't like how far they stuck out.  I got the idea from Asado's bike, that looks like how he did it.  Just brings them in a little.  The lever would have cleared the other way, but I would have had to angle them up a little more.  Thanks

It's like an obsession, just ordered a SpeedyMoto triple clamp to get rid of the ugly handlebar mounts.  I think some Pazzo levers, Rizoma grips and a different headlight and the front end will be done.

Ranger,

What'd you wind up doing with your Reverse Retros?  Think I'm in the market for a pair of those...
