Nice job.  Proves that ugly is only skin deep on the multi.  Here's a link to another stripped Multi I found a while back.

Not sure what you are looking for in this post, but I rather like my Monster. 2000 900S. Just came back from Ducati Seattle after its 6000 service.

I purchased the bike in its current paint scheme. I know folks roll their eyes at the idea of a duc with flames (I did too when I first saw it online). But the paint is VERY well done. It grew on me. I kind of like having something unique.
-Termis/airbox/chip
-Stainless steel bolts
-Carbon cowl
-Some billet bits here and there.

I know I am forgetting stuff......

In all honesty. I think you have the pick of the 2 valve models. I reckon it's a keeper. (I'm not biased, I have a 95 M900).

IMO this because you have the "S" version gear, early more reliable/tunable fuel injection, engine updates over the carbed models, but keeping the 888 hoop chassis and traditional Monster looks; a great combination.
Whatever you are giving away in capacity, compression and valve size to the later models can be rectified (if you wanted given the $$$, but who cares).

I never liked yellow as a color for Monsters, but that flame job changes everything.

Is that an Ohlins on the back too?(envy).

Nice bike. Cheers [drink]

i really dont care for the SCs on the showroom floor but that there bike of yours is truly magnificent  [bow_down]
i really wish i could offer you an acceptable price before you go to DC... if your still going.

what mods are on it again i can only remember a few of the things you told me.  ;D

Thanks, but that bike is not for sale; it will be going to DC with me next month.

As far as the mods go, first and foremost would be the BST wheels, followed by the 999 forks and brakes.  There really are so many other things to mention about it but I am altogether FAR too lazy.  ;)  Next thing on it will be an 1100 kit with high-comp pistons though.   [evil]

Might be time for a new Bomb? (No disrespect for the Triple J's Bike of course)

I agree. Even I'm sick of looking at it!  [laugh]
