A little off subject but same thought: AMS will have their private track day in late Nov. I qualified for it yesterday by working all day at 'Control'. Let's all do this together?!

I'm "in" on this as well.  Let's start another thread   Grin

I've not had a chance to get through this whole thread yet (still have a page and a half to go!) but it sure sounds like everyone had a good time.   Mmmmm, mmmm good - gotta luv track days!   [moto]

What a great time. It was nice to see so many of you again and meet some new people as well. Does anyone know when and how to get a copy of the "documentary" that was filmed at the track?

Just wanted to say 'hi' on this thread.  You guys can blaim b.b. (Bill) about letting me know of this group.  I was the guy with the Red/Yellow 748 that was running in Intermediate.  Paddocked next to Bill's truck.

Hope to get see some of you again (on the track of on the street)!

I think next AMS track day is 11/24 so I hope to make that one.  I heard from AMS that there are private track days (10-12 riders on a weekday) that Jeff does once in a while and I'd be interested in that as well if anybody becomes aware of one.

I am also thinking of getting lessons from Ty Howard (current CMRA record holder in all the Texas tracks) and would only need 2 more riders to get a reasonable deal.  PM me if interested. I'm thinking of the first week of Nov at ECR.

most of the private trackdays posted on the trackday section on the AMS website

I posted these on the youtube vids thread, but decided to post them here too.  I know some people don't read all the threads and this is all about our 10/18 track day.....

(there's music to these so turn your volume off/on for your preference)

I call this   "Ouch!!!"

FYI, it's a shitty feeling to have to make a lap after watching your wife do this.  Longest lap I made...had no idea if she was even up from it.......

This is the first 2 laps we ran in intermediate, right up until the low side.

This was the first run after Bon's crash.  She got right back out there.  I kinda just limped around the track.  Sorry I didn't keep up with you guys.........

Damn dude.  That's it, I'm never messin' with Bonnie - one tuff chick.  She'll kick my arse with a smile and then ride off on the PS.  bow down
