Bump.

For those who saw the ad in the other board section, please note the thread there :

http://www.ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=66790.0

All PM's have been responded to.

Please check the other thread, as I am updating that thread only from now on with the parts availability.

http://www.ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=66790.0

What is left will be on eBay over the weekend, so if you wish to confirm you want a particular part, please message / email.

thanks.

Hi Guys,

Got some parts for sale -  seeing as though I no longer own a Ducati.

I have a bunch of parts to suit 2001 S4 Monster.  These will also fit 900SS / 916 / ST2 / ST4 in many instances. Some parts will not.

Pic: -> 2001 S4 Monster

New parts:

>Pics here<

Ducati Corse clutch basket (alloy gold anodized, with anti-separation ring)  $150

Clutch drive - DUCATI Racing Billet Clutch Center Hub RED ANODIZED $140   SOLD - Needle99

Alloy flywheel - Ducati HDESA Race 780 gram Alloy Fly Wheel for 748 916 996 - gold anodized $110

Barnett Alloy clutch pack to suit above p/n 306-25-40002 - includes steel friction rings.  $300.

Carbon fibre bellypan (long - original racekit style) vacuum bag carbon, with clear coat. $220

CA Cycleworks Cam Belts (low head - S4 monster ST4) $100

Tools - New unused:

Ducati Clutch TOOL 748 916 996 998 749 999 1098 Monster - $130

Cam belt R&R tools (sprocket socket, lock tool etc.) $50      - SOLD- GarryC
Alternator cover puller tool $35  - SOLD- GarryC

Lightly used parts - in excellent condition. very limited use:

Speedymoto clutch cover - 5 spoke black anodized $100
Speedymoto shinobi pressure plate - red anodized $100
Ducati Performance / corse Clutch Slave cylinder - red anodized. $200
K&N Filter panel $35
>Pics here<

Above 3 items were on bike for 9 months and did about 2500km. No damage. Clean.

Exhaust headers / pipes:

Staintune Exhaust - suit S4 monster 2001+  (not S4R)  low mount. Slight scratch to weld on LH & RH lower front 'corner' section (getting the knee down a bit scrapes the pipes). $600 (note: these are NLA from staintune, I live just down the road from them and bought the last set. cost me $1000 and are still in vGC except for scratch) There are 2 small dents I just noticed also - please see the pics, where I cover them in detail.
>Pics here<
Standard Ducati S4 Monster exhaust (OEM parts) originally fitted brushed aluminium  as in pics $400
Carbon fibre heel covers for front of the stock pipes $50 -pair

2001-2 monster specific bits: (?) ECU may work on ST4 unsure though.
Ducati Corse 50mm Race headers S4 Monster  $450 - used for 3 hrs only. Unmarked.
Ducati Corse S4 ECM - AKA centralina - unlocked - never required to be, as I own a 2001 with the separate security modeule.( i.e. the racekit ECU)  $350 used for 3 hrs.
>Pics of ECU & headers here<
Above 2 items were fitted, and subsequent discovery that rest of exhaust (wanted to keep the staintunes) would not fit the race header pipe, due to a slight difference in angle. Items were then removed.

I would prefer if you were interested in the Headers or ECU that you buy both together - they are meant to work this way.

Unfortunately, for me, a couple of days after dyno test and subsequent removal of  the racekit due to the inability to ride (no exhaust - it's LOUD) , I had an accident (week old tyre properly scrubbed in - rear let go bigtime) and wrote the bike (and me) off. Bike was an Insurance write-off ... happens.

I am open to reasonable offers, for combined purchases. Otherwise, price is the price. which is about 60% of what I paid, which is pretty damn fair.

Note: All items for sale will be photographed in specific detail if additional pics are desired at the  buyers request.  Should be enough detail in the ones listed already (ducpainter NB)

All New parts are still in original boxes, undamaged, in their original packaging. (unopened, where packaging is sealed)

Used parts - Still have boxes for clutch cover, staintunes box, the boxes for the ECM, and I think I still have the box for the race kit headers also...

Regardless - All items will be checked thoroughly and photographed before shipping, thoroughly pacakged with appropriate protection, and shipped to purchaser  via Australia post express post (has tracking). 3kg satchel $14.80 australia-wide.  If the item is small and less than 500g, the smaller satchel fee is approx $11. Heavier items by arrangement with buyer (exhausts are heavy) suggest parcel post for large heavy items.  International shipping is OK, but suggest you check auspost.com.au for rates first to avoid disappointment with postage fees.

Buyer pays for shipping - unless purchaser desires to pickup locally, which can be arranged. (illawarra, NSW - Bald hill is a good enough location eh?)

Paypal or direct transfer for shipping  or Cash for items if pickup only. No if's buts or maybe's. Item will ship when funds clear. Communication will be prompt & courteous. Email me if you require any further information.

cheers,
Joe

Ok feeling out time!!

Looking at a KTM 690R Duke, but obviously dont have the cash just laying around, soooo my M1000DS will have to go! (My 750 isnt going, never will!)

Is anybody looking for one of these? Bugger all are available on the market! Bloody good bike!

It is a 2004 model and has done 57,000k's. Clutch pack approx 12.000k old so is good.

Has High Mount Arrows system, Superbike front guard, and superbike (Thicker) discs, handle bar end mirrors, carbon fibre type tank pad!, and brand new tyres with 9 months of Rego (Vic)

Book value has it at around $9,500 but have seen a shop selling one at around $10,500

I'd rather sell it to someone that really is interested in the breed! Great reliable bike! Oh and its BLACK!!  waytogo

If interested just PM me and I'll supply some pics!!

After a lot of soul searching I have finally put an ad up for my monster.

http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/hobart-cbd/motorcycles/ducati-monster-s2r-800/1051077350

I may well end up keeping it if there isn't much interest. I understand its a buyers market at the moment. Please feel free to pass on to anyone who may be interested.

Cheers

Due to some bad health recently I have decided to get rid of the Monster. I have boxes of bling and bits from the bike and other spares in boxes laying around in the garage so I thought I would post up here first before they go on eBay to give you guys first dibs. All bits are from a 2003 1000ie. Of course a lot of the parts are interchangeable with a lot Ducati models. All parts are in used condition unless stated otherwise. I am located West of Brisbane if you are interested in pick up. Postage will be extra.

I have a Ducati Performance comfort gel seat for the classic shaped Monsters (Came off a 2003 1000) that I would be willing to trade for your OEM seat if it is in good nick + $100. I am getting rid of My bike so pulling some things off it belore I sell. Located in 4305 QLD

http://s243.photobucket.com/user/icecreamhands/media/Bike/02DCAAEF-8057-47B0-82EB-BB402E01103F_zpsr1pwsh39.jpg.html?o=4

I also have a set of fully adjustable Showas that will fit the same shaped Monsters. These came off a ST4 so will fit right into the Monster OEM triples. They are in good condition and were fully serviced about 2 years ago. Also comes with the axle with the
hole in it to access the dampening on the bottom of the forks and a spare set of fork seals for them. Inspections welcome. $450.

Also a polished ST4 top triple with billet Cycle Cat clip on risers and some 1 inch rise clip ons. I had these on the bike for a month before my back said no. Looks very attractive except on one of the adapters the blue anodising has faded a little. These will fit the Showa forks above or any stock monster forks. $150
