Just something I'm working on, thought I'd share.

A pair of custom meg's.  I've made the baffles, and just need to mount the hangar(s) up, then install baffles and weld on reverse-cone to the tips.  Looks a bit long on my bike, but the customers bike is without the tail chop, so it should be perfect.

I should have my left side cover back sat, so I can button the motor back together.  Just installed a nichols flywheel, and had the trouble with the genny bolt thing.
Headed to brandsmart tomorrow, prolly come back with a digi vid camera, so video/sound will follow Smiley

I like em!  Man, the bike would be outrageous like it sits there.

I'm interested to see what you come up with as far as reverse cones and baffles etc.  Let us know. And pics of course. waytogo waytogo

It has a XR-750 look to it - other side of the bike though.  Some super trapp disks at the ends would look...  flat track-ish???  or something - but I think the reverse megaphones will look great!  Pics when you are done please Smiley

Thanks!

I'm finishing up the hanger for it now, and the reverse cones ought to be on soon Smiley drink

I see you have copied my boot prints on the exhaust - any plans to avoid that?

Very impressive work  waytogo (but WTF - adding baffles  Huh?)

Sure....keep my feet a bit farther forward Smiley  Thanks btw!

Actually, with my new exhaust, there won't be any problems with the boot print Smiley

Baffles?  YES.  I lived in daytona beach for the past 8 years, and listening to annoying harlys running up and down the beach makes me frown on excessive noise.

I'll build whatever someone wants within reason, but an unmuffled 2 cylinder bike sounds horrible in my opinion (not so humble).
