Exactly.  That pic was taken in a chow hall downrange.  Army guy is probably National Guard.

Thats Standard Army PT gear. And seriously, even if he was National Guard. He's either make the beast with two backsing strong as make the beast with two backs or the Army is that damn desperate. Its post MARPAT era, so its defintely recent.
