@ 3 pm

Anyone going?

Anyone who's checked them out before, or is familiar with the waterfront to point out the best place to watch?

Aquatic park at the end of the sea wall is a great spot to see them. I was sailing yesterday while they were practicing. It was awesome  waytogo

Berkeley/Emeryville Marina are also great vistas.  I used to go out there on my lunch hour during Fleet Week on my lunch break.  The commute and that were the two high points of my East Bay career tenure.  waytogo

I took these a few years ago.

If you want to see 100% crop of the photos you can see them a the link below.
They are rather large since I shot them with a 5D and 300mm lens.

I might head over for a bit. Prolly go to the Marina Green. They usually play to that spot as if was the stadium. parking no-bigie with a bike. However, cage parking, you can forget it.

I have seen them from a boat in the bay before. The boat is a real good way to see them. My wife tells me that  Lunch @ the Fairmont is an excellent place to view the airshow.

I used to watch them from my old lab at UCSF (Parnassus), we were on the 12th floor.
