Can't you....um hang on....

Start, All Programs, New Office Document?

And the templates should be in there.

I don't know about designing a whole new one though. Huh?

 Huh?

Did you have an already saved template? With your old letterhead already on it?

Can you open an old file that has the letterhead on it and copy/paste it, then change it to what you want?

I'm out of ideas.

All I've ever done is do what I said before and it's got all the templates there, then I thought you could alter the header/footer to suit you.

* Click the Office Button (big round one, top left corner)
* Select "New" (or locate select the template you have been using previously).
* Edit the document and Create the Fax Template as you want it to look.
* When it is done, click the Office Button -> Select "Save As" -> Select "Word Template" -> Give it a filename of "Tri's Fax Template"  (or something).

Next time you want to create a fax header, simply click the Office Button -> select "New" -> select "My Templates" and select "Tri's Fax Template". Voila.

Damn it took a while to type that. Takes about 3 seconds to actually do, and about nine minutes to type Smiley
