New pics of the brat pictured a couple of pages back, terrorizing bathroom rugs....
Oh, and the name is Karma now, not Mick. Turns out Mick was a chick, which we learned when she grew up and developed further. Karma is a more apt name also.....

We have two older cats that are outside most of the time acting like cats, killing and eating rodents..In the winter when it's cold they lay around near the wood stove...No litter box in the house so they do have to go out at least once or twice a day...This male was a semi feral kitten when we got him 11 years ago...

Yesterday was a terrible day…it was time to say goodbye to my IZ_ pal Moxie due to renal failure.
Back in 2005 I rescued her from a local shelter. Well, after she picked me to do so, that is. When I had showed up there to see what was available for rescues, there were a number of them running loose. This one ran into the makeshift office and jumped up onto a desk, and with her front paws on an in-basket, she looked up at me with her big blue eyes and stretched one paw out toward me. I could not resist, and the name for her came to mind right away.
What a wonderful pet, they should all be so great.
It totally broke my heart to see her go. Last night totally sucked not having her on my lap watching TV, her favorite thing. I still has the sads. I will miss you so very much, Big Sweetie.

I avoid this thread just because of stories like this. RIP Moxie. I wish you peace and strength

Rest peacefully and pain-free Moxie. Very sorry about your loss, SB.
I miss having a cat around but love seeing the posts here of the fat and happy ones you all have.
