The rescue paper said blue heeler mix and the mix part is most likely pitbull.

My lil misbehaver, got himself the dog equivalent of a straight jacket tonight.
Cesar Milan's Illusion collar (as suggested by our trainer), we'll have to see how this work, but for walk number one, looks like it worked fairly well.
