Here are some of the latest with my Shorthair Pointer.  He's now 3 yo. and weighs 65 lbs.

There used to be a birds nest in this tree.  Wonder where it went?  LOL.  (sorry bout the IZ_ pics.  Caught him in the act and quick snapped using cell phone from too far away).

Beers?   drink

ohhhh, I like beer!

Cowboy - That pointer is beautiful!!

Being Valentines Day and all, our dogs wanted to buy us a present for all of our work. Our dogs are quite unique and actually talk to us on a daily basis. We believe that they are immortal, unfortunately, they are not. Therefore, the next closest thing is to leave a paw print on us forever.

Tiffany and I both got Greta's and Alex's paw prints inked on ours wrists today. We took an ink pad and made paw prints on paper and then took to a  local shop for the rest of the steps. Alex's print is actual size (as he is a little guy) and Greta's was reduced a bit to accommodate the wrist size.

sorry for the shit picture from my Blackberry, I can't find my memory card for the digi camera. Look closely, you can see the kids.

That'll work.  It will have to wait until I get back from Afghanistan though.

Nice pics, JBub...what is it about snow that makes dogs just go nuts?  My dogs love the stuff.

Beautiful dog, Cowboy.  Never have hunted over one, but my Uncle had GSPs for years and loved them.

Thanks, He's great and constantly by my side.  He's got the best nose I've ever seen and as you can tell from the tree climbing pics has an over abundance of drive.   I'm ashamed to say I haven't hunted over him yet either but we've been to a couple of Rick Smith's seminars/field days so it's in the works.

You brought her home all by yourself eh?  Wink
What a big difference a month can make. These are some more recent pictures of Syren...she's about 35 lbs now and 5 months old this week. Her ears make her look like bat dog. (Excuse the cell phone camera quality!)

I know this isn't a new pic, but I thought it deserved to be on the forum anyway;)

She thinks she still fits in this little tiny bed.

Slightly hard to see because of the window...but she is keeping a very close eye on our parakeets.
