the DP ECU that comes with the termi kit is $1200 (MSRP) if you try to buy it on its own.

Wisdesign, does it come with it's own heat guard? Or can the OEM heat guard be installed on these Arrows. It looks like my lady wouldn't like it too much if it burns

And, we must waiting for the Akrapovics too  coffee

I emailed Akrapovics a few time asking if there will ever be a system for our 696 and I never get a reply back Undecided

I'll wait patiently until the next riding season. If there's no news from Akr I will definately make this Arrows my choice. Sorry Wisdesign, but don't worry, I'll have a Rizoma bar end mirror instead.

No heat guard and I don't think the stock parts will fit as there is no mounting for them.  That said, the carbon doesn't get nearly as hot as the stock metal silencers.  Went for a ride with my girlfriend this past weekend with no issuses or complaints.

No worries... I wouldn't mind having another Arrow kit owner running around the forum... less questions for me to answer! chug

On the ecu issue... yeah, I also found it strange that the termis required a remap and filter while the Arrows do not.  It may be a pure power and tuning thing, or... maybe it's a noise and emissions thing since the termis are a "Ducati approved" and offered kit?  Either way, the termis are probably a great deal, but it's still more money.  Also... I'm not sure how light the termis are, but I held both the Arrow and the stock muffler in each hand, and I'd guess this took AT LEAST 10 lbs. off the rearend.  That's gotta be worth something, right?

I´m starting to question myself if the Zards will be better than this ones  bang head
I like a lot the Arrow - but with inox cap.
And, we must waiting for the Akrapovics too  coffee

Well... after a quick look at pics of Zard for M696  vomit my options are now:
1- Arrow Carby w/ Stainless end cap
2- Akrapovic (I think they only made them Ti)
3- Termi´s

I emailed Akrapovics a few time asking if there will ever be a system for our 696 and I never get a reply back Undecided

I also send them a e-mail and... guess what!? ... No answer  popcorn

There is any way to get off the "Arrow" logo from slp-ons and leave no traces of it? I Think below the logo there is 2 holes  laughingdp

Thank you for the e-mail.
We have this bike or better said exhaust for this bike in our R&D plan. It should be available somewhere at the beginning of next year, before season starts. No additional information are available at the moment.

Thank you for understanding.

Nice, thanks for the update pjfa. My riding season is about to be over and I am glad i waited. But no thanks for getting me all excited for the next few months cheeky

Hopefully it's worth the wait
