anyone have this cached?  i'm looking to change the oil on my non-adjustable forks and could use the help. 

this page has been deleted apparently.  anyone save the instructions?

oops!  Thank you live2ride for letting me know the link had been messed up.  Squidbusters recently moved to a new hosting site and I am assuming that's how the trouble happened.
