I believe the current most plausible scenario is that after drinking a similar concoction (bacon vodka) the human felt compelled to fornicate with a green monkey (the color was as reported by the said human).  This act or more likely repeated acts of this nature allowed the SIV (Simian Immunodeficiency virus) present in the said green monkey to infect said human (patient zero) then transpropagate and mutate into the virus now known as the HIV (Human Immunodeficiency virus) which is the infectious agent responsible for AIDS.  (ENQUIRER, 2008)

So my British wife tells me that her friends at University did the same kind of things with Mars bars and other chocolates but we both think you might be going too far with meat products. But hey its your liver and who says trichinosis and alcohol poisoning cant go together.

   Ah the wisdom of CDC's and Fastwin's comments have let me to the conclusion that a waiver of liability MUST be signed by anyone wanting to sample my AAOctane Ducatisi Starter Fluid. 

  After a long consultation with my attorneys over at Beetme, Bytemie, Whypmye, & Spankmea they have prepared a suitable instrument!  Special thanks to CDC because these guys had clauses covering drinking while driving & the possible ill effects of nitrates on the body, but none of those slackers came up with a clause protecting me in the event that AAODSF gave people the desire to have WILD MONKEY SEX  !  Wow, you'd think they woulda seen that one coming all on their own  !!
