okay, so I've got big feet.  motorcycle boots (like my sidi canyons) make me look like herman munster.  all that aside, my foot gets stuck between the peg and shifter on my s2r1k.  i have to make a conscious effort to move my foot into and out of upshifting mode.  i've googled and searched but am finding no luck in a search for a longer shifter.  any one know of, or have FHE with a longer setup? (btw, I know about the aftermarket rearsets, but that's not what I want.)

This is more of a question then an answer, but have you tried adjusting the position of your shifter a couple of notches up and/or down?  Doesn't make up for your big feet / small space problem, but it might give you an easier transition until you can find a more perm. fix.  I know that I played around with mine for a while before I finally reversed the shift pattern.

+1 When I picked my Duc up from the dealer he made the adjustment for me, because my boots were going to get stuck.

Thanks for the advice, and yes, I've adjusted it quite a bit.  Any higher than I have it now, and my foot rests on the lever while riding.  Not a real good thing for me.

I ran across these adjustable pegs while searching last night.  They're the MFW Adjustable Foot Peg System from monsterparts.  You can see the parts at http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/MFW-1/Accessories/MFW-1.html

A user was kind enough to post a pic of his installed pegs.  This may work for me as it allows a 30mm movement of the peg.  I'm real close to ordering these.
