Ride on Friday! My buddy, John, finally got his bike repaired and is looking to ride. He wants to go to Mt. Scott. I'm not sure. I'm thinking maybe we make the run to Daugherty again. Everyone is welcom. Post up. We will be leaving Norman about 9:00am.

i arrive in stillwater on aug 20 and leave on the 24. not many days but i have some other vacation plans going on at the same time. i know on the 21st we are gonna ride down to the chisholm heritage center in duncan. he said it will take a few hours. i hope the route 177s to 33w to 81s is decent neither of us really know. any ideas? friday i have no clue what we are doing and i know on sat the 23 we will be in tulsa (sand springs) visiting his parents and riding around. as it gets closer i'll get with you guys to see if you're doing anything. chris
There's nothing wrong with that route. But it should not take you too long. You could make it in 3 hours or less even if you stopped every 30 minutes. A lot of straight road.
It depends on what your goal is, but there are other routes you could take that will offer more twists and turns if that's what you're looking for. I will have to look up the roads as I don't know the names of most of them. Just know them by memory. Either way, give us a shout when you get to town.

I'm going to meet him at his house. But there is a Starbuck's close by at 36th & Robinson. It's where the old moview theatre used to be in the shopping center on the SW corner of that intersection. We'll be there about 9:30 if anyone wants to meet up

Great ride yesterday! TurnerA, myself, and a buddy (John) met in Norman at 9:30 and headed out after a cup
We took the long twisty way through town to the west side and caught 152 out through Mustang. After a brief stop to discuss what looked like rain ahead, we continued on and had a great ride all the way down to Mt. Scott and Meers for a cheeseburger. We rode throught the game reserve and stopped at the visitor's center to check it out. It was at that time that I talked to Marci (my wife who is nine months pregnant). She said she was on the way to the hospital
So I told guys I would talk to them later and lit out
I didn't see them again after the first curve, and made record time to the hospital. I was nervous the whole time that I was going to miss the event, but having fun at the same time
Turns out we had a false alarm and all is well. I'll keep you guys informed when the new addition arrives.
Good to see you again Alan
You're gonna have to make more of these rides in the future [moto] You are a most welcome addition to our regular group

I'm happy to anounce the birth of our baby girl, Trinity. She was born Tues. morning and I got both she and mother home on Friday. It's been a great experience and what a surprise! I just knew I was going to have another boy
Thanks so much for all of your calls, texts, and well wishes. I go back to work this week and will be pretty busy in the coming months. The only ride I have planned in the near future is on July 5th in the morning. My brother is coming to town and we just plan on tooling around town a bit (my brother is riding my bike and Ryan is letting me borow his Hypermotard
). Anyone interested?

TD-Just read your post. Congrats on the little girl! Hope you are all doing well. I'm definitely interested in going for a ride on the 5th, unless we end up going out of town.

Cool beans! That makes four so far. Armagideon, myself, my brother, Craig (rides the red 800SS). Post up Marcus
We'll all go by to show Shadow Chaser what a good time he's missing
I'm thinking our usual meeting spot at Starbuck's on 19th in Moore. Let's plan meeting at 8:00am. We'll take off from there by 8:30am. Hit a few local roads for a couple of hours and be back in time for lunch.

I was wanting to, but I spent my morning driving my drunk ass out of BFE near Tuttle. Took me about an hour to find my way back home
